Youth On Fire Newsletter Teen Blaze and Youth Nations

Thank you so much for praying for us. The Lord gave us an open heaven! This is the testimony of Jesus Christ and we give Him all the glory!

Sunday, Jan. 27^th we ministered at the evening service at the Spanish Angelus Temple. The youth were on fire and before I even got a chance to preach they were up at the altars weeping and worshipping. Their youth worship team had the Davidic psalmist anointing and because they had been fasting there was such a pure, holy sound coming forth. It was like a dream come true and truly an answer to thirty years of praying for such a time as this. After I preached a short message on Faith, I called the youth up and anointed them and released them to help me pray for the sick. Wow! Did they ever pray and give accurate words of encouragement to the adults. It was glorious! Even as we were packing our keyboard, tape box and sound equipment some of the youth were at the back door in a circle praying and still crying out to the Lord! Ruth Rocha said, “Two of those are mine and I get to go home with them!”

You could see instant changes happening on the faces of people being prayed for and there were many healings, deliverances, and baptisms of the Holy Spirit. One young person said she was healed in both her knees of terrible pain, as she was praying for one of the adults. She had never prayed for anyone before, but after we anointed her she felt a supernatural boldness. Paul and Yazmine Valenzuela have recently started a 24/7 House of Prayer on Saturday mornings which is a fulfillment of a prophecy we gave to the Spanish Angelus Temple about ten years ago. It was such an encouragement to us after going through such warfare the last seven years. There is such an incredible joy inside of us as we help birth these young people into new dimensions.

Saturday, Jan. 19^th, we ministered at a rally for Youth Nations, with Pastors Henry and Sandy Mena. Wow, the sound of heaven was vibrating as Henry Mena had many of the youth lead in a Prayer Concert! You could see the fire of God on their faces! We ignited a 24/7 Prayer Clock for Youth Nations and many youth committed to pray for the youth of America. There were around four hundred youth blazing for God and ready to receive whatever the Lord had for them. They listened intently as I preached from my new teaching manual called, Radical Healing Ministry. The Lord had me encourage each one that God has called them to pray for people and see Signs and Wonders.

As John began to play his keyboard the Lord brought us into the Holy of Holies. Nobody can tell me that youth will not sing slow worship songs because they’ve entered in better than any adult service I’ve seen so far! God’s presence covered the room and many began to weep and cry out to the Lord. Prior to this Youth Rally, many had dreams of birthing spiritual babies and so a spirit of travail was released. I had Sandy Mena and several others help me pray for the youth and there were hundreds being birthed into their ministry. They were coming into new levels of intercession, getting set free of fear, hurts, addictions, and several physical healings, and many were baptized in the Holy Spirit!

All Praise and Honor to the Lord! Thank you so very much for helping birth us into the Healing Ministry. John is going with me now every Monday night to Pastor Benny Hinn’s Signs and Wonders Bible School and we are being changed weekly by the teaching and anointing that is present in every class. We are studying on the Seven Covenants of God right now and actually being released of old religious mind sets and fears as Pastor Benny speaks.

Intercessor's City Watch for Southern California

The Intercessors' City Watch took place from 12:00 Noon to 4:00 PM, Saturday April 29, 1999 at Angelus Temple. Networked with the Pastors' City Watch, the Intercessors' City Watch focuses on corporate prayer for Los Angeles/Hollywood and healing for intercessors and Christian workers.

The day began with a gathering of intercessors from across the city at the historic roof on the 5th floor of the Angelus Temple Bible Institute. Many prayer warriors in 1923 prayed for revival at this site overlooking the city of Los Angeles. Intercessors were divided into groups according to their gifts and anointing. The fire of our living God fell and there was a change in the atmosphere!

After an hour of praying on the roof, we were moved into the 500 Room. This is where many prayer warriors "prayed through." An Azusa Street type of anointing fell as Pastor John Roman ministered on the keyboard and brought us into the Holy of Holies. The Holy Spirit moved powerfully in heavenly music, healing, and prophecy as several individuals were dramatically impacted.

During the worship, artist Duane Bemis painted a prophetic picture on canvas. It was a powerful statement for our youth of America. God is smiling down upon this new generation and there is an outpouring of His Holy Spirit among the youth. He looks still with a tearful eye toward the lost. The youth and children come to the altars and receive a fresh anointing, healing, and miracles. The Romans lead in prayer for The Call, a powerful youth movement under the direction of Pastor Lou Engle and Pastor Che Ahn.

Pastor Kevin Richardson, an on fire spirit-filled Baptist pastor, was blessed as the intercessors prayed for him. He has a similar anointing as Bro. William Seymour did during the Azusa Street Revival. Along with praying for Bro. Richardson we prayed for several prayer leaders to be birthed into a greater anointing. We all received from God's glory which fell like a thick cloud and some could not stay on their feet (2 Chron.5). Intercessors began to feel God's healing power and refreshing and it was a day of supernatural miracles.

Intercessors' City Watch April 6th 2002

The theme was prayer for this next generation. It was a powerful flow of grandparents, parents and youth crying out for revival for Southern California and the world. Many prayers came forth in preparation for The Call NY June 29th, 2002 and The Call Hollywood January 2003. For four hours there was a revival of prayer and intercession and a powerful spirit of unity between three generations.

Henry Mena, leader of Spiritual Revolutionary Network, gathered as many youth as would fit on the platform of the Angelus Auditorium at Angelus Temple in Los Angeles, CA. The youth held the flags of the nations and prayed for different parts of the world. One paraplegic girl prayed a powerful prayer through her talking machine and brought everyone to tears. Another young eight year old girl prayed for all the children of the world. One young man prayed for revival from Los Angeles to San Bernardino and asked God to send His fire down and cleanse the land. He began to prophesy about the need to repent of our sins. Everyone began to repent and ask God to forgive them of any weaknesses.

As John Roman played his keyboard, Dana Roman began to prophesy about a bridge being built spiritually from New York to Hollywood. God was connecting the cities to see a great outpouring in these last days. It would be like Moses crossing the Red Sea and manna sprinkling down from heaven. There would be a wailing wall of intercessors crying out for revival in the land. Dana called up Rev. Lorraine Coconato and several others to assist her to pray over two youth leaders representing Angelus Temple/The Dream Center and the Hispanic Angeles Temple. God wants to pour out signs, wonders and miracles at Angelus Temple in greater measures. Many began to weep and travail and the youth all received a fresh anointing to see God use them.

Tim Sweeney and his actress wife, Debra Denase exhorted the youth to allow God to build their character. God wants holiness in these last days. He wants His Word to be followed and faith to build in our hearts. He will not have an unclean bride.

Senior pastor of the Spanish Angelus Temple, Raymond Diaz had a letter read that caused us to pray for the youth regarding a perverse spirit that is trying to seduce our young people in America. God's spirit moved in powerful ways through the leaders represented. To God be all the glory.
